I have enjoyed my stay here so far. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residents are typically friendly or just keep to themselves. Work orders are promptly addressed. Only turnoff is the parking situation. I regularly find cars crooked and/or parked in 2 spaces. Guest parking is plentiful, but they need to be prepared for a walk across the property to get to your place. Nearly everything here has been at least good, but nothing strikes me as 'exceptional' to get that full 5 stars.

This is truly such an amazing property and community to live in. Joann and Zoë make living here comfortable and fun- not to mention how friendly they are. The property itself allows such accessibility to Raleigh all while being quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is beyond helpful for any situation you have as well. I could not recommend Anderson Flats more- if you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it!

Location-wise, it’s nice. It’s in a place that can be considered central. Being close to North Hills is an advantage. However, the price having increased compared to when we first arrived is a disadvantage. They should offer some improvement in the price for the current residents.

The property management is excellent! Joanna and the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful! The clubhouse and the pool and the workout room are really nice. Elevators in all of the buildings. Location is amazing with the exception of six forks being loud.

Overall, my stay here has been pretty good. I feel like the quality here has diminished over the past couple years. The people who live here don't seem as friendly. I received a noise complaint for playing music and playing with my dog for about 1 hour during a weekday. I found this unreasonable as I have never received a noise complaint, that my downstairs neighbors couldn't have understood it was a one time thing. I feel as though the cleanliness of these apartments has gone down. The trash piles up constantly outside the garbage bin. People leave bits of trash in the hallways and it takes forever to get cleaned up. The new dog park is great, I like the new turf over the mulch. This apartment complex definitely feels different from when I first moved here in 2021. Also, for the price of these apartments, it's not worth staying here. I will be moving at the end of my lease to a similar priced apartment in a much better location.

Overall, it’s been a great experience. Love the apartment and the community. Haven’t met that many people. So many dog walkers which I love. The only issue is no water pressure in the kitchen to wash dishes. It’s so bad. And they couldn’t do anything when they came for maintenance. Otherwise all good.

Anderson Flats has nice apartments and is very pet friendly. However, rent price is higher than I like. I wish they had a second dumpster on the property so that garbage bags aren't left outside over the weekend. I have already seen a rat and squirrels on the bags which is not cool. Too many neighbors do not clean up after their pets despite there being poop bags available throughout the property. The staff is wonderful and management responds in a timely manner which is appreciated.

The staff at the front office are top tier residential agents and they deserve a raise because they go above and beyond...I was very unsure about relocating to Raleigh to Anderson Flats but Joanna assured me and asked me to just come and take a look with no commitment. I came and was in awe with the property and everything else. I was sold and decided after viewing that Anderson Flats would be my new home.

Anderson flats is the perfect apartment complex. It's close to North Hills, but off in its own little area so that you don't have to deal with much traffic. It has plenty of parking spaces, including lots of visitors spots, so finding a parking space for you or your visitor is never an issue. The apartments have lots of windows that provide natural lighting, and the balconies are spacious. The best feature is that you can literally walk to the greenway trail in just a few minutes. It's so easy to just go for a quick walk or run right after work, without having to drive to a trail. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Anderson Flats!

Nice apartments, fairly modern but dated/basic appliances. Mixed crowd of people here from retirees to college kids. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, very responsive too. Greenway proximity and access is great but nothing "walkable" in terms of bars/food/shopping besides strip malls. Busy stretch of Six Forks with lots of traffic. Dumpster overflows on weekends yet mgmt will nickel and dime you for leaving empty trash can out. Ideal for pet owners as it's baked into the cost. Windows in apartment probably need to be replaced/resealed. Good gym, mostly functional equipment unless you're into rowing. Apartment lighting is fairly bright at night even with apartment blinds closed. Depending on where you are, your apartment can get a ton of natural light. Overall, I've enjoyed my time here and would likely resign my lease depending on what they do YoY; any higher and I would definitely look at other options.

This is a great place to live! I have no complaints after 3 years. The property is well maintained! The staff is great! They have several fun events for the residents and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping! The reason it’s not a 5 is because I’m waiting for the window cleaning.

I am in my last couple weeks of my lease and I will miss living here. Great location, good communication from staff, efficient maintenance staff, clean landscaping. Only downside is the price, but that is expected with the location. Quiet neighbors, mostly young professionals. Will recommend to others!

I love it at Anderson Flats! Not only is the location great, but the people are better. The staff is so friendly and knows me by name. Not only that, but they love my dog!! Apartment units are nice and staff is great - they’ve gone out of their way to help me on a few occasions. I appreciate that this is a smaller community and residents are generally quite respectful. Residents are predominantly young professionals without children, unless you count the pups! Most importantly, I’ve always felt safe on the property.

I have really enjoyed living here. Great location, clean neighborhood and amenities and very nice neighbors! The staff gives out ample time when maintenance has to enter our apartments and they set up community events for everyone. Parking is pretty good too and I work at night, so that’s important to me. I highly recommend this complex for young professionals! I haven’t seen many families here.

The dumpster is quite far from my building and I was not told where the "valet bin" is that my welcome paper mentions. Incredible experience so far. My last apartment was a mess when I moved in - balcony door was broken, tile floor had chips and cracks, there were mice in the kitchen cabinets, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain rod. But Anderson flats made sure my apartment was move in ready and cleaned and everything in perfect condition when I moved in. Extremely happy with the maintenance staff as well and their quick response times for even a small issue like my ice maker not working properly!!

The apartment interiors are nice, good location, and friendly office staff. Walking access to the greenways is a big plus. Maintenance is responsive. Sometimes it's hard to find a convenient parking spot on evenings and weekends, but I don't mind walking.

During the trying times of the Covid19, we lucked out moving into Anderson Flats. We were able to talk to and look at a unit just before businesses were limiting contact and closing their doors. We were able to apply and get approved within days. Once we were settled and boxes unpacked, we noticed that there was an off smell coming from the bedroom carpet. We spoke to Joanna and she immediately took care of it, having the carpet replaced that same day! We are definitely happy that we chose this as our place to shelter in place during these times!

Anderson Flats is the absolute best apartment complex I have every lived in. The apartments are beautiful with high ceilings and lots of natural light! The manager JoAnna is wonderful to work with and the maintenance guys keep the place looking top notch at all times! I would not want to live in any other community in Raleigh!

Soon to be resident! The process of applying and model apartment homes was easy and the leasing folks were incredibly responsive. Everyone familiar with Anderson Flats told me how incredible the community and staff are. Move in 3/7 and couldn’t be more excited!

I choose Anderson Flats because of the location. Plenty of shopping within a 5 mile radious. Near I-440, Harris Teeter, North Hills Mall, and 10 min from Downtown Raleigh!. I have been living here for 7 months and we Love it. Maintance staff is just awesome.

My husband and I looked at apartments online and picked a couple we liked. We took a day trip to Raleigh and Anderson Flats was our first stop. After meeting some people and taking our tour, we fell in love! We knew there was no need to look further. The complex is beautiful and full of wonderful amenities; however, the thing that had us hooked was the sense of community there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There were community events that helped us get connected quickly. From the residents to the staff there's just a unique feeling of acceptance and belonging. It truly made our apartment complex feel like home in a brand new city.

The staff onsite really goes above and beyond to accommodate all residential needs. Making sure coffee is always available, snacks for holidays and friendly greetings daily. Living here is a pleasure!
